  • Promotion for the implementation of short term planning models:
    • By holding seminars for creating and spreading operational planning content.
    • By rendering expert consultancy services to the companies, with a view to implementing the annual management plan.

DEMAabiarazi finantzaketa:

Consultancy services in financing, for companies that have availed of DEMA Sortu programmes.
  • Providing top level consultancy services with an aim to managing the company’s finances at the start-up stage:
    • By ensuring the diagnosis on the structural and current financing is kept up to date.
    • By working together with the companies to take the necessary steps for attracting structural financing sources.

Consultancy services in strategy planning, for companies that have availed of DEMA Sortu programmes.
  • Providing top level consultancy services with an aim to implementing strategic management models in the companies:
    • By holding seminars for creating and spreading operational planning content.
    • By setting in motion processes of reflection and strategic planning and developing the same, from the mentalisation stage to the stage of design of the plans of action.
    • Updating the company’s DAFO position, with a preset periodicity.
